Don Decker

Don Decker is an Apache historian and herbalist from the Yavapai–Apache Nation with decades of service to his community. His life’s work centers on preserving Apache place names, language, and cultural memory. He serves on the boards of several Native-led nonprofits, including Red Road Journey, reflecting his commitment to protecting Indigenous tradition.
