Lala Deheinzelin

Futurist since 1996, pioneer in the fields of creative, sharing and collaborative economies.. TedX speaker in Portugal (2012), Brazil (2014) and Uruguay (2015), with almost a thousand lectures given.

Lalas Deheinzelin has a solid background as a creator and producer in performing arts - one of the reasons why she focusses on the sociocultural aspects of the future. A high-level international advisor for governments and multilateral organizations leaders on how to create their desirable futures and implement them through the combination of new economies and collaborative structures.

This “how to” became Fluxonomy 4D a methodology + set of tools that helps professionals and companies engaged in designing the future. She was the UNDP Senior Advisor responsible for the implementation of Creative Economy as a development strategy in countries from 4 continents.

Passionate in showing that desirable futures can become possible ones, she created the award winning Crie Futuros (Create Futures) movement in 2008. In the following years she held workshops on the theme in tenths of different countries with thousands of participants of every kind, from teams from city halls to children in kindergarten. This resulted in Desirable New World released in 2012 with new edition in 2019 (Portuguese, English and Korean) The synthesis of her work is a methodology plus tools to work with designing futures for the common good. She also wrote Novas Economias Viabilizando Futuros Desejáveis and many book chapters and articles in Brazil and abroad.
